Slogan t-shirts and jumpers…can they ever be stylish?

Have you noticed slogan t-shirts and jumpers are very much back in fashion? I’ve spent many an evening with a wonderful client and great friend convincing her that t-shirts emblazoned with the words “Princess” or “Naughty” have no place in her wardrobe (no matter how close to the truth they may be)! That said, I adore all my fabulous clients and appreciate their individuality, so….

If you sometimes feel a plain t-shirt or knit is, well, just that - here are variations I feel worthy of a Style Post mention. They’re a little more grown-up than many out there, more chic and stylish and add a quirky twist to key staples.

I love the idea of these versions worn:

• casually with cuffed jeans, suit jacket and plimsoles;
• under a cigarette trouser suit and strappy flats;
• with a pencil skirt and kitten heels; or
• with a long maxi evening skirt and statement flats.

Why not give it a try – you might just love it!
