Maggie Recommends….The Effortless AW Blouse

Regular readers will know how much I love Amanda Wakeley (both the woman and the brand). Her clothing is a constant inspiration to me and the pieces I own, are the ones I return to again and again when I want to feel confident, effortless, and cool. Whilst many pieces may be investment buys – the fact that I wear them on repeat and that they create those feelings make them worth every penny.

I will be checking out her new collection for you in the coming weeks, but I wanted to share this gorgeous blouse (currently on sale – but hurry!). It feels amazing, drapes beautifully and is a perfect staple to wear with:

• jeans and wedges (for BBQs and summer drinks);
• cigarette trousers and heels (for those meetings where you need a shot of confidence)
• wide-leg silky trousers and strappy sandals (for evenings out)
• matching trousers and cool flats (when you want to make a statement without looking too ‘try hard’)

The list goes on… so let’s just say, it’s the "go-to" blouse whenever you want to feel sexy, cool and confident – who doesn’t want that from their wardrobe?
