Maggie Recommends…. Patterned Tights

I’ve never been a fan of ‘nude tights’. It’s up there with ‘nude lipstick’ – what’s the point? This season patterned and fishnet tights are everywhere, and I couldn’t be happier. Just last week I treated myself to two new pairs from Tezenis on Regent Street. The first, a sheer polka dot; and the second, a large fishnet style. Both are fabulous and I cannot wait to wear them with:

• a knitted dress, ankle boots and a great coat;
• cigarette trousers and/or cuffed jeans and flats;
• Long skirts and/or culottes and block heels;
• Short, simple (and modest!) dresses.
