Easy pieces to make summer work for you…

The Sun is out….quick, grab your favourite summer pieces and get out there and enjoy.

Often, during summer, I just want to add a few stylish but non-expensive pieces to my wardrobe staples. So, here are some high-street finds that, in my view, look far more expensive than they are (always a joy) – yet remain chic, cool and stylish.

Camisoles

There are some great ones out there on the high street. Wear with your boyfriend jeans or chinos for day or with wide leg trousers and mules for the evening. Ok you may need a thin knit on standby but nethertheless these tops look super elegant.

Slip-on Flats

Whether you opt for a bold colour, a statement pattern or chic black, they will look fabulous with chinos, jeans or a cool dress. Just don’t forget your pedicure!

Shirt dresses

Well you know how I feel about shirts! In my view, the shirt dress is the sexiest of summer dresses. There are lots of stunning versions on the high-street. I often replace the material belt of a shirt dress with a gorgeous tan leather version - the colour is so versatile and it gives the dress a more expensive look.
