What I’m Loving and What’s on my Wish List

What I’m coveting

A leather midi skirt

As many of you know, I love leather and the High Street now offers beautiful, high-quality pieces without the designer price tag. The first leather skirt I owned (and still wear regularly) is over 18 years old and cost £100: price per wear – I’ll let you do the maths! This stunning chocolate brown midi from Mango It’s ideal for spring with a great white t-shirt and tan sandals and in winter with a chunky burgundy knit and boots. It’s on my wish list!

What I’m using…

Erborian CC Crème

The Erborian CC Crème or, as I like to call it, a ‘miracle in a tube’. My good friend Caroline (who also happens to be the manager of SpaceNK Kingston)  recommended it on my last visit and I’ve been using it for a month or so. It’s the perfect product if you’re not a fan of foundation as it provides just the right amount of coverage, blends into the skin and leaves a natural glow. What’s not to love? If you’re local to Kingston, pop in and ask for Caroline – she’s super knowledgeable and super lovely.

What I’m wearing…

Zara patent block heels

I’m not sure why I needed to cross my legs whilst taking this photo, but oh how I love these shoes. I don’t often find Zara shoes comfortable (unless they’re mules) but these are fabulous. I love channelling my ‘inner Audrey’ by wearing with cigarette trousers and a black rollneck and when it gets warmer with boyfriend jeans and a white shirt.

What I’m loving…

Ham Common at 7 am

Training with Jem Scragg on mornings like this. I’ve trained with Jem for over 10 years – he is a superb trainer and has become a great friend. However, some days I’m just not in the mood for exercise at 7 am. Clearly Jem ignores this, and we crack on regardless! This week, however, was different – cold and sunny – my perfect weather. Enjoy it when and where you can - and if you’re looking for a trainer who is great company and dedicated to your fitness goals – Jem’s your man.

You’re very welcome

Have a great week-end and feel free to share this post.
