Tempted By This Season's Colour Trends…

How are you feeling about embracing new colours for Spring/Summer? This season there is something for everyone whether you want to go bold with brights, subtle with pastels or stay firmly in the neutral camp (I’ll see you there!). Catwalks from New York to London, Milan to Paris, saw designers offering an array of colours through-out their collections. Colours came in all shades and textures – and boy did they look impressive. However, before rushing out to buy the latest colour trend - ask yourself:

  • Does it suit my skin tone? If you’re not sure see my colour guide post;
  • Does it work with items I already own in my wardrobe?
  • Do I really love the colour?

Be wary of jumping into a colour trend simply because it’s all over fashion magazines, social media, and shop windows. With this warning in mind, here are a few of my favourite colour trends for the season, together with high-street options. I have also included a list of colours that combine beautifully if head to toe colour is not for you. Enjoy!
