Making Leopard Print work for you…
As many of you know, when it comes to my own individual style, I’m not a huge fan of pattern. However I do make exceptions: spots, stripes and, one of my all-time favourites, leopard print. Yep, move over Bet Lynch, you’ve got competition!
The beauty of leopard print is it’s a timeless classic. Accept it as you would any other neutral – this may surprise you but honestly leopard print is as versatile as black, grey or navy (trust me) it works.

However, for many women, leopard print falls into one of two camps: trashy and cheap or cool and edgy. To ensure you carry off the latter depends how you choose to wear it. Whilst many fashion-forward women clash the print with stripes or checks – a great look for some, I tend to prefer:
- leopard print with denim: a match made in style heaven with jeans and white t-shirt;
- leopard print accessories: from shoes to a bag to a scarf (obviously not all worn together!) – it’s a great way to add a bit of edginess to the most basic outfit; or
- a fabulous leopard print coat: it doesn’t really matter what you’re wearing underneath, the overall effect is still super glamorous.
Tempted? Well here are a selection of stylish pieces to inspire you to fall in love with the print.
Have a great week-end and feel free to share this post.
