Maggie Loves…a stylish midi skirt
Vivienne Westwood’s famous quote “Buy Less, Choose Well, Make it Last “ is advice I repeat when I’m tempted to ‘treat myself’. This week I popped into Zara and immediately fell in love with this skirt. The image doesn’t do it justice but trust me it is beautifully cut and oozes quality, without the price tag (£59.99). I immediately thought of 5 outfit combinations I could create with it, I was sold!
If, like me, you are short-waisted and tend to steer clear of full or pleated skirts – think again. This season midi-skirts are available with a dropped waist (like this one) which means it will be more flattering as there is less bulk around the middle.
